AFTER PROJECT 01 (ABOVE) THE REFUGEES MUST RETURN TO THEIR HOME. PROJECT 02'S FOCUS WAS TO REBUILD THEIR HOME CITY TO COME BACK TO. MY GROUP FOCUSED ON ONE NEIGHBORHOOD TO REBUILD AND SOME OF THE MAIN ASPECTS THE PEOPLE WOULD NEED IN THEIR AREA OF EVERYDAY LIFE. MY FOCUS WAS THE NEIGHBORHOOD CLINIC. AFTER A LOT OF RESEARCH I FOUND OUT HOW COMMON CLINICS LOOK IN THIS PART OF THE WORLD. IT IS NORMALLY A SIMPLE EMPTY STUDIO OR OPEN CONCRETE ROOM WITH NO INTERIOR WALLS TO DIVIDE THINGS UP. IF THERE IS A SECOND THERE ISN'T AN ELEVATOR NORMALLY BECAUSE THIS IS A IMPECUNIOUS AREA ESPECIALLY BECAUSE OF THE SITUATION THE CITY RECENTLY WENT THROUGH.
OUR NEIGHBORHOOD IS HERE WITHIN THIS DISTRICT. THE FRONT OF MY CLINIC FACES SOUTH.

AFTER SOME MORE RESEARCH I DECIDED TO CHANGE THE UPSTAIRS LAYOUT TO A MORE DIVIDED UP FLOOR PLAN WITH A LITTLE MORE PRIVACY AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES BELOW.

FRONT/RIGHT VIEW OF PATIENT ROOMS DOWNSTAIRS. THE THREE DIVIDING PIECES WOULD FURNITURE SO THE CREATES A LITTLE PRIVACY FOR THE PATIENTS WHICH THEY AREN'T USED TO UNLESS THEY ARE AT THE MOSUL HOSPITAL. THE FURNITURE ISN'T FIXED SO THIS ALSO MEANS YOU CAN MOVE THESE TO ADJUST TO PATIENT.
