Madison Thomas: Architectural Design l
The Fibonacci Spiral was the first thing we did which showed us a graze of the project After doing this we were assigned to research about day laborers and what day laborers do for our community. Once we got enough research and understood what day laborers are and do, we had to choose 3 words to represent day laborers and their job. Then when we did that, we would use that information to create our models and our final model.

Models
The models I made each represent a word that I chose about day laborers. They way I did that was, I thought of the word and made a model of what I thought that word would represent. One model for example is determined, I choose this word to go with this design because it helps you visualize the word by the small piece representing a day laborer making sure the model looks not only good but stable. Another model I did was called perseverance, I choose this word with this design because it helps you visualize how the model is persisted to stand by having one part holding it down on one side and another part sticking out to even it out. It shows even though it seems unsteady it still perseveres to stand on.
Final Model
For my final model I used my model named reliable. For this last model we had to build a structure with our model fused with it to be made into a place we’re day laborers go to find work. So for my model I decided to make it a two story building. I made the stairs in the back, and had offices front of the building, while on the upstairs is where day laborers look to have an interview to maybe find a job that fits for them or to work their.
