Project 1: Roman Architecture and Design
Many Roman buildings were built for religious beliefs and also to honor important emperors who have died. The buildings are made of many arches and pillars, and were made to entertain the public or to use for cleansing.

This drawing includes many important characteristics of Roman architecture, such as the pillars, arches, and aqueduct. The drawing also includes an important architect and well known buildings from the era.
Roman Analysis
The building I analyzed is the baths of Caracalla which is basically a large grid with some larger parts that stand out.
Roman Design Drawings
Roman Design Drawings
The building that I designed is a bathhouse which takes designs from other Roman buildings, such as pillars, arches, and an outdoor arcade.
Project 2: Refugee House
The house that I designed is supposed to be efficient and also all that is needed for living. The kitchen and living room are not separated by a wall for the sake of saving space and also making it feel more open.
This first design I had for a third floor was going to be open for more air flow, but I changed it to a closed garage to maybe create into a store or another space for a larger family.
