Project 01: Log Cabin 

This project is about the New York city, to elaborate this project and to get the final result, I investigated a lot of things of the respective city, things like climate, important buildings etc. I was searching for all the information of New York city, since based on my information I will create a module of New York city, I get all the information by searching in a lot of internet pages 

City Research  

I learned a lot by researching, and base in my information New York is compact, with lots of buildings, skyscrapers with the Central Park. New York mainly contains office buildings throughout the city. New York has one of the world's largest natural harbors, like Central Park, Hudson river, land very flat etc.

Drawings and model 

My final results shows the important things of New York city, and the important things for me is the Colombus circle, Central Park, Times Square, and the river because that's how people get to New York city, but there is something that is more representative in this module, and that is the Colombus circle, and It's represent by a big cylinder.

Project 02: A forest Cabin 

This project is about build a Log cabin at East Texas forest 

I started this project with not idea about East Texas forest, so I decide to investigate more about that, and I found good information that helped me to understand basics things about that place like climate what type of trees we can find there, and also what type of animals habit there. Based on my information I started to create some desings for my log cabin, and also I was contemplating the space that was available for me to build the cabin.

Concepts desings 

In this concepts I was trying to figure out the proportions of the house, and also I was trying to get the best shape of my cabin with the space that I have available to build, In the first sketch I thought that was a good idea to add stairs at the main entrance, but as I was working on it, I decide to made some changes to it, and I also did some changes to the proportions of my house, since as I was working I decide to build two big windows where people can have a good view to the forest, and I made some changes based on it.

Autocad Drawings 

My final desing has that shape for some reasons, and to explain a little bit more I choose that desing, because fits perfectly in the space that I have available to build, and I also decide to place the house of that way, because I want people to see the beautiful view to the forest in the living space, that's why I created some big windows. The material of the cabin is bricks with metal roof, and I also decide to include a porch, and outside of the house is located the picnic area and some chairs, I place the cabin like that because of the sunset and sunrise.
