This project piece was created to express a word that the creator chose.

This project was intentionally made to look like a flowing river. The white represents water, while the black represents land and rock.

Mount Vernon Information Gathering:
The image shown is a picture of information that was gathered about Mount Vernon Texas.
This information would later be used to start planning a work space in the area.
To create a successful work space, information about the precipitation rate, the weather patterns, the types of trees, and the geography in the area had to be gathered.

Work Space Planning:
After gathering information and deciding where to build the workspace, it was time to start planning the workspace.
The workspace also had to express the word "vivid" as well which made it challenging to work with.
I wanted a garage, a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a studio, and a library. I then had to organize and place the rooms rationally so my workspace would have a reasonable function.
After gathering information and deciding where to build the workspace, it was time to start planning the workspace.

Floor planning:
After organizing the rooms and spaces, I had to create a floor plan to visualize how the workspace building would look. To create a workspace that expressed "vivid" I designed a building with many round, circular shapes in the building. I wanted to go for a design that was similar to a Santorini house in Greece because I thought they looked interesting and vivid in my opinion. After realizing that making circular shapes on a building was difficult, I decided to remove some structures, such as the dome. |

Finalized cite plan:
After the finishing the plans, I had to make a finalized cite plan.
The cite plan shows the amount of trees, the terrain, and the perimeter of the property. It also shows where my house will be placed and look on the property area.

This is the final product after making adjustments to the original floor plan.

After creating the floor plan, I made the elevation which gives you and idea of how the sides of the building will look like, and how tall the building will look like as well.
